A wonderful experience for a solemn occasion. Ordered a nice sympathy arrangement to be delivered at Rose Hills and the customer service was outstanding from the first phone call through the perfect delivery. Helpful and pleasant staff, combined with a beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers, equals an A+ in my book. Highly recommend!!

I was very pleased with the customer service and level of communication demonstrated by the florist. The arrangement was beautiful. It was sent in sympathy for a colleague’s loss of her mother, who always loved roses as one of her most favorite flowers.
