Flowers will come as shown. Some substitution will vary depending on availability and season. A photo will be sent prior to delivery for approval. Arrangement comes on a 6´ easel.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The flowers I ordered looked exactly like they did in the picture. There were no last-minute, inferior substitutions of any of the flowers. I ordered the entire arrangement online with only a few extra instructions, which were all followed to the letter. This arrangement is worth every penny. The only change I would suggest is that this flower shop move closer to my house so I could use them more often. They were wonderful. I would definitely recommend Amore Dolce Flowers.

Extremely pleased with a funeral arrangement I ordered. I called the shop to request a substitution to the arrangement and spoke to Sandra who was very accommodating and understood what I wanted. I loved that they send you a picture of your arrangement before delivery. The flowers were delivered on time and well before the services started. Will definitely use them again.
