I requested pink star gazer lilies when I ordered online. On the day of pick up, there were no pink lilies. However, when I complained, they added them in on the spot. Very nice people! The vase I got was nothing like the one in the photo. I wanted a tall slim vase as seen in the photo. Instead I got a short, round ball shaped vase. I was on my way to a party and didn't have time to question the vase. Overall, it was a beautiful arrangement. I will probably order from them again but will pick up earlier in case I want corrections or changes made.
